New Orleans French Quarter Garden District
New Orleans is definitley
not your average US town. Like its cuisine, it has a tropical, spicier
flavor -especially if you look at its history. I was told by a local that
New Orleans is easier to understand if you think of it as a bit of the
west indies stuck in the continental US -I totally agree.
